Proprietorship

• CNIC/Passport of proprietor.
• NTN certificate and income tax return of proprietor.
• Sales Tax Registration and return (if applicable).
• Three photographs of proprietor.
• Lease deed or proof of business address.
• Original bank certificate in business name.

Partnership / AOP / LLP

• CNICs/Passports of all partners.
• NTN certificate and income tax return of business.
• Sales Tax Registration and return (if applicable).
• Registered Partnership Deed.
• Nomination resolution of representative partner.
• Three photographs of representative.
• Lease deed or proof of business address.
• Original bank certificate in business name.

Private Limited / Limited Company (Pvt.) Ltd.

• CNICs/Passports of directors.
• NTN certificate and income tax return of company.
• Sales Tax Registration and return (if applicable).
• Memorandum and Articles of Association, SECP certificate.
• Board resolution for authorized representative.
• Three photographs of representative.
• Lease deed or proof of business address.
• Original bank certificate in company name.
• Updated Form 29 (if applicable).

Public Limited / Multinational Company

• CNICs/Passports of directors.
• NTN certificate and income tax return of company.
• Sales Tax Registration and return (if applicable).
• SECP documents or BOI letters and forms.
• Board resolution or power of attorney for representative.
• Three photographs of representative.
• Lease deed or proof of business address.
• Original bank certificate in company name.
• Updated Forms 29 or SECP documents (if applicable).
